Three Sisters (Steph, Mel, and Allison)
We three gals grew up together in Alberta. As girls we had fun tobogganing in the winter.
Uni sent one out to BC, and another to Ontario. The one who went to BC came back to Alberta. Ontario stayed out east. The third who did her uni in Alberta eventually left for BC.
Uni is also around the time when we started to exercise together, We went to Jari Love's Get Ripped classes, climbed the McHugh Bluff stairs, cranked through the 75 or so kilometres also known as the West Coast Trail, or just simply tricked each other into some crazy ab-engaging position (including once squeezing into the same pair of jeans, despite varying wildly in weight and height) without the victim realizing until it was too late.
We've skipped together, jogged together, walked together. Now we will push up together. It's too late to back-out. The one thing that has kept us going all these years (decades now) is stubbornly sticking around in other's lives for support. Let's get pushing!
