About Our Challenge
In February, the team at Chiropractic Center for Health is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge.
From February 5–27, 2026, we’re challenging ourselves to complete a whole lot of push-ups to help raise awareness and support for mental health in Canada.
Mental health is something we see impact our patients, families, and community every day. That’s why this challenge matters to us—not just as healthcare providers, but as people.
You can support our team by joining the challenge or donating, and helping us push for better mental health outcomes across the country.
All proceeds go directly to the Canadian Mental Health Association, supporting mental illness recovery and promoting positive mental health for Canadians.
