About Our Challenge - CMHA Hamilton is Helping Hope Grow!
This February, CMHA Hamilton staff are taking on The Push-Up Challenge, challenging ourselves to complete a whole lot of push-ups from February 5–27, 2026 to strengthen mental health supports and help hope grow across our community.
You can help us push for better mental health in Hamilton and beyond by joining our team or making a donation.
All proceeds support the Canadian Mental Health Association, advancing recovery, resilience, and positive mental health nationwide.

Through a presence in more than 330 communities across every province and one territory, CMHA provides advocacy, programs and resources that help to prevent mental health problems and illnesses, support recovery and resilience, and enable all Canadians to flourish and thrive.
