At Battalia Workforce, we believe mental health is just as important as physical safety — especially in the construction industry, where long hours, demanding schedules, and high-pressure environments are part of the job.
Our team understands that behind every project are people, and strong teams are built not only through skill and experience, but through support, communication, and well-being.
Through initiatives like the Push-Up Challenge, Team Battalia is committed to helping bring awareness to mental health in construction and supporting conversations that encourage workers, supervisors, and industry leaders to prioritize both mental and physical health on and off the jobsite.
