About Our Challenge
This February, the BHP Jansen Emergency Response Team (ERT) is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge, completing thousands of push-ups between February 5–27, 2026 to support better mental health outcomes across Canada.
As emergency responders, we know firsthand that mental health is just as important as physical readiness. That’s why our team is stepping up—together.
You can support our efforts by joining our team or making a donation.
All proceeds go directly to the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) to support mental health recovery and promote positive mental well-being nationwide.

Through a presence in more than 330 communities across every province and one territory, CMHA provides advocacy, programs and resources that help to prevent mental health problems and illnesses, support recovery and resilience, and enable all Canadians to flourish and thrive.
