About Our Challenge
In February, the Alberta Sheriffs are taking part in The Push-Up Challenge. We are challenging ourselves to complete a heap of push-ups between February 5-27, 2026, to push for better mental health support and suicide prevention tools in Alberta.
You can help us push for better mental health in Canada by joining us or donating to our team.
All proceeds support the CMHA Alberta Centre for Suicide Prevention in their mission to provide Albertans with the knowledge and tools needed to prevent suicide.
En février, notre équipe participe au Défi push-up. Nous nous lançons le défi de faire une tonne de push-ups entre le 5 et le 27 février 2026 pour sensibiliser le public aux troubles de santé mentale au Canada.
Tous les dons sont versés à l’Association canadienne pour la santé mentale afin de soutenir le rétablissement des personnes ayant un trouble de santé mentale et d’améliorer les résultats en matière de santé mentale d’un océan à l’autre.
