About My Challenge

I’m taking on a challenge to complete 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association.

Mental health matters deeply to me. Like so many others, I’ve learned that strength isn’t just physical, it’s showing up, pushing through hard days, and choosing to keep going even when things feel heavy.

This challenge is my way of turning movement into purpose and using something small and daily to create a bigger impact. Every push-up is a reminder that progress happens one step (or rep) at a time.
